Not only does she have practical advice to help parents manage the guilt and shame of their not-so-great moments but she also models the types of conversations you can have to be a better parent. PROVIDERS

New Provider Dashboard Features   

Child Care Assistance 

• Providers will now have direct access to the Contract Notice of Actions. This addition gives the provider access to view any Notice of Action issued to the provider regarding a change to a child care placement agreement. 

• We have updated the contact information on the Child Care Placement Agreements to support the new TEAMS process.  Updates include the phone number and the group distribution email addresses to better support ECECD’s response times.   Information that has been updated includes: [email protected],  [email protected] and 1-800-832-1321. 

Regulatory 

• Providers are now able to print their current license from the dashboard. This will ensure providers have direct access to their license to post on the licensed premises in an area readily visible to parents, staff members, and visitors.

Childcare Licensing Updates 

Childcare Licensing Renewal Late Fee: Late fees for license renewals are once again being enforced, in accordance with NMAC 8.9.4.11 B. To ensure compliance, childcare providers must submit their renewal applications at least 30 days before the expiration of their current license. Any applications postmarked less than 30 days prior to the expiration date will be considered late. Please be aware that a $25 late fee must be submitted along with the renewal fee. 

View/Print Childcare License: We're excited to announce a new feature for licensed child care providers who have access to the provider dashboard. You can now easily view and print your childcare license directly from the dashboard. To do so, simply navigate to the "Certifications" menu item and click on "Childcare Certifications." On this page, you will find the "View/Print License" hyperlink to the right of any active certification you may hold. Click on the link to generate your childcare license for review and printing.
